- 2-Day Regular Registrant: $250
- 2-Day Existing/New NCWRA Member: $220 (*with discount code)
- 1-Day Regular Registrant: $150
- 2-Day Full -Time Student: $50
- Nonprofit/Government Exhibitor: $350
If you’re a business or corporation interested in attending the conference, consider supporting us with a sponsorship. Sponsors receive complimentary registration and exhibit space.
Notices About Registration & Attendance
- If you are an NC State faculty, staff or student member registering for this event, do NOT use an NCSU PCard for payment. Within the registration system linked above, submit your info and check out using the “pay by check” option. Then reach out to Mary Beth Barrow (mebarrow@ncsu.edu) to initiate an IDT payment, providing the name, phone number and email for a departmental bookkeeper, the account to be charged, and your receipt from the transaction.
- WRRI is able to offer financial assistance to a limited number of attendees to partially cover registration for the Annual Conference, including those who are representing community groups. Please reach out to Kaitlin Tucker at ktucker@ncsu.edu for more information.
- * Current NC Water Resources Association members are eligible to receive a discounted registration to the WRRI Conference. To learn more and purchase memberships visit: https://ncwra.org/join.php. Once that process is complete, you will receive a discount code for WRRI Annual Conference registration.
- To receive a discounted WRRI Annual Conference registration, follow these steps after January 1, 2025:
- Purchase an NCWRA membership at https://ncwra.org/join.php.
- Check your email for a “2025 Welcome letter” and discount code from NCWRA (allow 1-2 days for delivery).
- Return to the WRRI website to register for the 2025 Annual Conference.
- The discount code will be applied on the final review page (Page 4) during checkout.

Professional Development Hours
WRRI will offer PDH/CEU credits for the 2025 Annual Conference. More information will be provided as approvals are received.
Approved Credits:
- 10.5 CECs for CFMs. (6 CECs on 3/20) and (4.5 CECs on 3/21)
- 10 PDH credits for Professional Engineers and Surveyors*
- 10 PDH credits for Professional Geologists*
- 10 CECs for Soil Science Society of NC (5 each day)
In order to receive any type of credit for the conference, you must fulfill the following requirements:
- Register and complete payment for the event in advance.
- Provide your signature on a sign-in sheet at the registration desk each day.
- Submit a completed Sponsor Evaluation. This form will be available at the registration desk. Please provide the day(s) of your attendance on the form. If you attend both days, you only need to submit one form.
- Complete the online conference evaluation linked in the inside cover of your conference booklet.
Once these requirements have been met, you will receive an electronic certificate of completion. Please allow several days for processing. See Anna A. Martin with questions.
Note: While WRRI offers Professional Development Credit for this program, it is up to each professional to determine if the content is relevant to their individual practice and suitable for their continuing education. Upon completion and return of required paperwork, each attendee will receive an electronic certificate for their records and self-reporting.
*WRRI is an approved sponsor for NCBELS (License # S-0302) and NC Board for Licensing of Geologists (pre-approved provider list).
